Meet the Founder - Alexis Prigo

As a stand-up comedian from Los Angeles, I’ve learned to find the humor in just about anything—including how dingy women's razors can be. On a girls' trip to Miami, I realized my friends and I had all packed the same thing: men’s razors. Why? Because women’s razors just didn’t cut it—literally. That moment sparked the idea for Tomboy. No more borrowing from the guys or settling for flimsy, overpriced razors that barely get the job done. I set out to create a heavy-duty razor designed for women who demand more—because we deserve it.
